Open to
Artists of all disciplines (visual, written, mixed media etc) in Canada and the US.
Pseudonyms are welcomed.
This is a juried show. The jurors are the two winery owners, Jeff and Decoa Harder. More info about them can be found on the juror page.

Considerations
- Consider the theme of this year’s show “Edge of Night”
- Work which has shown in previous Okanagan Erotic Exhibitions will not be accepted.
- Tasteful and edgey submissions very much encouraged.
- You will need to supply an easel that will hold your work if it is over 24″ wide
- For 3D work, artist is responsible for supplying pedestals
- Work must be wired and ready to hang. Any work not wired and/or ready for hanging will not be hung
- It is preferred, but not mandatory that the pieces are for sale.
- Original works only. Works created as a result of a photograph from another artist, or published in a magazine, will not be accepted unless accompanied by a signed release of that photographer.
- All insurance/transportation to and from the show is the responsibility of artists.

Display
- Installation will take place August 30 2011
- Work must be ready to hang, including wire, if traditional.
- Works over 2 feet require an easel to be supplied by the artist.
- Sculptures: Pedestals must be supplied with 3D work.
- Mixed media/video: tv or other equipment/cords supplied by artist.
- Any art on a screen must be shown on a maximum 18″ screen.
- Installation proposals accepted of actual work to be on display. Installation artists are expected to have all installation problems considered and solved. Please bring your own tools if you need them: hammer, nails, glue etc. Contact me with any questions info at okanaganeroticartshow dot com.
- de-installation will be 29 Sep. Local artists are welcome to pick up work directly from the winery between 1030 and 1:30 pm, or alternate arrangements possible. Work outside the local area will be packed and shipped by me. Please include return shipping in your costs. Any questions, contact me.

Cost
Submission form in pdf.
- Maximum 3 submissions per artist.
- Please submit actual artwork to be displayed
- Each artwork $10 non refundable application/processing fee. (3 artworks = $30)
- There is 30 percent commission to the winery. Cheques for sold artwork will be available when artwork is picked up or shipped back.
- No incomplete entries will be accepted.

Format of Submissions
Please follow these, as it makes my job or organizing and presenting work to the jury so much simpler!

– Emailed jpgs, snail mailed professional portfolios which include images of the actual work which will be displayed: dvds, cds are acceptable. Please include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE) if you wish your submission returned. No photos or slides are accepted. – jpgs must be named with your last name and title ie TropsErotica1.jpg
- List of works and information must be typed in to a txt, doc or email. No handwritten information please.
- Cheques or moneyorders must accompany submissions, and make it payable to Okanagan Erotic Art Show. These fees are administrative and are non-refundable.
