Jury and Jury Process
1. Artists will send their submissions either via snail mail, drop off or through email. Snail mail or drop off will go to Studio 113 Rotary Centre for the Arts 421 Cawston Avenue Kelowna BC V1Y 6Z1. Email will go to submissions@okanaganeroticartshow.com. The mail box will get cleared out on a periodic basis, so if you send and the mail box is full, please resend in a few hours. Deadline is March 30 2010.
2. The jury members will be announced shortly.
3. Snail mail and drop off submissions will be delivered sealed to the jury.
4. The jury will consider works based on artistic merit, original concepts, professionalism, and lastly yes, we are admitting size will be a factor.
5. All decisions of the jury will be final.
Julia Trops
Julia Trops is an international artist having sold over 1000 artworks worldwide since 2004. Retaining the discipline, work ethic and integrity from her 12 year career in the military, this decorated artist maintains a studio in the Rotary Centre for the Arts with three other local artists. Her work is vibrant, dramatic and expressive, and she does accept commissions. While other writers have selected her artwork numerous times for publishing, Julia is close to completing her third book. Julia is one of the original organizers of the Okanagan Erotic Art Show and has carried on the event on her own since 2009.
