Hi to all, I am just going through the submissions that have been received so far, and either have, or will update you in the next day if anything further is needed. All looks really good so far.
I want to say a very special thank you to those of you who sent in jpgs through email or on disk, as well as an electronic text copy of their bio, statements, artwork info etc. 
That saves me typing time.
There are three more days to the deadline, and jurying is expected to be fairly close to that, with artists being notified of results before March 15. If you know anyone who would like to apply for the show, please do pass the info on, they have three more days. The deadline is firm.
Lastly, if you want to be in the catalog, please make sure you have initialed the portion of the permission form that allows me to do that. Some have not, that is just fine, being in the catalog is not a requirement to being in the show. Last year, I had someone who said no to the catalog, but then was surprised they weren’t in it. Please understand I need your permission for this, and will not include you without it.
You’ll get one more email from me when the show closes, then again, with jury results.

Julia Trops has sold over 1000 artworks internationally since 2004. Retaining the discipline, work ethic and integrity from her 12 year career in the military, this decorated artist maintains a studio in the Rotary Centre for the Arts with three other local artists. Julia is one of the original organizers of the Okanagan Erotic Art Show and has carried on the event on her own since 2009. Julia Trops is representing by Gallery Odin at Silver Star Ski Resort and at Creatio Gallery at Ex Nihilo Vineyards.
