1. Your artwork is required to be exhibition ready. This means framed or edges painted, wired, ready to be hung, if 2D. If 3D/mixed media/installation, pedestals or other equipment including cords etc are required to be supplied by the artist).
2. Please provide a separate sheet listing the title, dimensions, media.
3. By submission of this form, you grant the Okanagan Erotic Art Show to use images for advertising or promotional purposes.
4. By submission of this form, you confirm that these works are not created as a result of a workshop, and are entirely original in every way shape and form.
